I was declared by a doctor with diabetes and he immediately prescribed 2 different types of pills to calm down my sugar without doing any blood tests. Luckily, having a friend with diabetes, I was introduced to Gynura. Very skeptical, I started using it from the next day and in 7 days my blood sugar dropped from 350 to 90–100 and for the last 10 months keeps on the same level. Cholesterol went down from 280 to 180, blood pressure from 160/110 to 130/70. Even my dog enjoys it — and this says a lot about a small leaf.
I have type II diabetes, for which I was taking a double combination of drugs: linagliptin 2.5mg and metformin 1000mg, for 8 months. Then an acquaintance advised me to find a plant that lowers sugar — Gynura Procumbens. I bought it in a pot and started eating a few leaves every day. After repeated examinations, my doctor noticed an improvement in my blood sugar and glycosylated haemoglobin levels and cut me one drug (linagliptin) and reduced the other (metformin) to 850mg. Since then I maintain normal levels of sugar and my glycosylation (5.76%), eating 2–3 fresh Gynura leaves from my pot. I also contracted Covid-19 in March 2021 and went through it lightly — only with a cough. I attribute this to Gynura's immune system support.
Three years ago, after a routine examination, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. In addition to high sugar, the disease was accompanied by ulcers on the skin — arms and legs — which did not heal despite various drugs. Eight months ago, one of my friends recommended Gynura Procumbens. In disbelief, after many unsuccessful attempts at treatment, I decided to try a tea made from Gynura leaves. To my surprise, morning sugar began to decline after three days, and after a month it was at a normal level. But the main surprise was that my ulcers on my legs and arms began to heal — and after a month of "Gynurotherapy" not a single wound remained. From that time until today, I regularly drink this wonderful tea, my sugar is in the normal range and I have forgotten that my skin was once affected by a dangerous disease.
I want to express great gratitude for the enormous help I received from using your herb. Major positive changes have happened in my health. Blood sugar: now 4.5–4.8 (was 12.0). I have significantly reduced my medication dose. Blood pressure is normalising — it was 200–210, now on average 150–160. For me, that is a comfortable level and I feel well. I am very grateful.
After 2 weeks of eating Gynura, a blood test showed a 7–9% decrease in sugar and cholesterol. It's fantastic!
For the last two years, I have often had herpes in the nasal cavity, and ulcers took about two months to heal. Last week, after another two-month struggle with the last of them, I decided to try the oil extract of Gynura Procumbens, which I bought during my visit to the Via Vitae plantation. After the second application, the ulcer was almost gone. The end of the suffering — thanks to Gynura!
My father is 79 years old and has diabetes and hypertension. After regular daily consumption of tea for 1.5–2 months, his blood pressure fully stabilised — he no longer takes any blood pressure medication at all. On blood sugar, even with medication he previously couldn't keep it in normal range. After drinking the tea, it has been stably within normal range.
We used Gynura as a whole family and it helped everyone. The tea works beautifully and lowers blood pressure. Gynura helps with diabetes too — our grandmother is happy that she can finally lower her blood sugar without medication. We were also delighted by the Gynura oil, which moisturises the face, clears skin breakouts and gives a healthy appearance. So glad we discovered this wonderful herb!
I only found out the name of this plant a month ago, although I was given it twice by friends sympathetic to my type 2 diabetes condition. I started chewing 2–3 leaves before each meal about 2 weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised to find a 12% drop in preprandial readings after the first week.
I am 77, with many conditions: hypertension, type 2 diabetes for 10+ years, angina, fatigue, insomnia. Before Gynura, my sugar ranged from 7.0 to 11, sometimes 12.5. Within 2–3 days of starting Gynura decoction — miracle: sugar readings of 5.2, then 3.8, then 3.2. Sleep improved. Blood pressure sometimes even below normal (112/73, 118/70). Reduced medication. I share this with all my friends.
I have used Gynura leaves and tea for over a year and consider the results good: for the first time I was able to lose weight — about 12kg over 9 months. Average blood sugar dropped from 6.8 to 6.3. Cholesterol improving. Medication reduced from 3× to 2× daily, and dose reduced from 1000mg to 850mg. I document all readings almost every half hour — this is real data.
My father (71 years old) has had diabetes for over 10 years. Despite taking tablets, his sugar stayed above normal (~180). After starting Gynura leaves at my insistence, he was surprised to see his sugar drop to 160. He is unfortunately undisciplined about taking food, medicine, and leaves — so 160 is genuinely an achievement for him.
In 2010 I was diagnosed with osteomyelofibrosis (bone marrow cancer). Among other things, I need to constantly monitor my platelets. Before Gynura, the level ranged between 700–900 thousand. Over the last few months, for the first time, it dropped to 370–390 thousand — nearly normal. I drink a glass of tea daily and eat the leaves. Additionally, my thyroid medication (a Chernobyl consequence, taken for 15 years) was reduced from 100mg to 75mg after a May check-up.
My mother tried a fruit drink made with Gynura tea, a little fruit concentrate and stevia. Morning sugar before breakfast: 144. 2.5 hours after breakfast: 167. She then drank 100ml of the Gynura fruit drink, and in 30 minutes her sugar level dropped to 94. That was an impressive move, and she enjoyed it!
Gynura was given to our family as two small leaves by our friend Boris Kurtsev. Having no serious illness myself, I began chewing leaves in the morning and drinking the tea in the evenings. For nine months I did not fall ill with any viral diseases — remarkable given that schoolchildren bring every infection to class and generously share it with teachers and classmates.
Observations during a 2-week course of Gynura products showed stabilisation of morning blood sugar to the required norm in a patient with diabetes mellitus. It should be noted that taking Metformin (at selected doses, long-term) did not decrease morning sugar to desired parameters. From personal observation of the patient I can conclude that Gynura products have a beneficial effect on metabolic processes in the body and are an effective complement to classical treatment of diabetes.
Happy to use the Gynura-based products. I use them daily on my cycling journeys — very pleasant taste and healthy too. No other sports drink on the market works so well. I am an addicted Gynura person. Keep going — and I'm waiting for Gynura wine too!
Some time ago we discovered Gynura — it wonderfully controls blood sugar and blood pressure. Recently Gynura saved the life of my cat Bax (14 years old). After hormonal therapy, his blood sugar and urine sugar rose catastrophically. I gave him a small crushed Gynura leaf and tea instead of water. After 2 days — his sugar had dropped to within the normal range. The vet was very pleasantly surprised. If we had given even one insulin injection, Bax would have been insulin-dependent for life.
Initially the amount of healing properties attributed to Gynura seemed too exaggerated to be true. I decided to try it — medication is expensive and must be taken constantly. I now have several plants and the whole family eats them: me for blood sugar, my husband for cholesterol and blood pressure. We were able to significantly reduce our medication. The leaves are also delicious in salads.
