Program 05 · Flexible Support

Hepatic Detox Support

Gently supporting liver function, bile regulation, and the body's natural detoxification processes — applied when the primary load relates to metabolic detoxification and hepatic function.

When this is relevant

Signs worth paying attention to

These conditions may be linked to the state of metabolic regulation, liver function, and the bile excretion system — as well as the current level of detoxification load. This program can be used both as a sequential stage within the method and as flexible support during periods of heightened metabolic load.

Pay attention if you notice
A persistent sense of heaviness or discomfort after eating
Signs of disturbed bile flow or sluggish digestion
Changes in liver indicators from lab results
Skin manifestations against a metabolic load background
Increased fatigue during periods of prolonged dietary or chemical load

What this means

The liver as the body's
primary metabolic filter

These conditions reflect the state of the liver's regulatory and filtering functions — including metabolic processing, bile regulation, and antioxidant defence. When the liver's load exceeds its current capacity, it affects the exchange of substances, energy levels, skin condition, and the body's overall tolerance to food and external inputs.

Program goal

Lighter, steadier
metabolic function

The program supports the liver's natural regulatory function, bile flow, and antioxidant protection — creating conditions for a more stable and efficient metabolic state. It is built gently and sequentially, without overloading the organism, using hepatotropic and metabolically supporting complexes.

How this works

One core, selectively extended

The program is built around Heptaril as its hepatic foundation. Situational modules are added based on the current picture — not all components are used simultaneously.

Core · Always Used

Hepatic Foundation

Hepatocyte support · Bile regulation · Antioxidant protection

Heptaril forms the basis of the program. It supports hepatocytes — the liver's functional cells — while assisting in bile regulation and providing antioxidant protection. It works gently, without forcing rapid change, supporting the liver's own regulatory capacity.

The program uses the principle of one systematic focus. Additional directions are added based on the current state — not all at once.

Inflammatory & Gastro-Barrier Support

When fibrotic, inflammatory, or gastro-barrier component is present

FibraGent is added when signs of a fibrotic or pronounced inflammatory component are detected. Gynura Balance is considered when hepatic symptoms combine with gastro-barrier disturbances — supporting both systems simultaneously where the overlap is clear.

Module B · When indicated

Metabolic & Drainage Support

Pronounced metabolic, drainage, or pancreatic load

Nephronit is introduced when signs of pronounced metabolic or drainage load are present. The metabolic program may run in parallel when a significant metabolic background is identified. Pancregin may be used as an additional separate sequential stage when hepatic and pancreatic load coincide — particularly with features of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. It is not combined simultaneously with other active programs.

Via Vitae Products

Products used in this program

Heptaril is the single core product, always present. All other products are situational — introduced based on what the current picture requires.

Via Vitae
Core · Always Used
Heptaril

The central product of the hepatic detox program. Supports hepatocyte function, bile regulation, and antioxidant protection — working gently to assist the liver's own regulatory capacity without forcing aggressive intervention. The foundation from which all other modules are selectively built.

Via Vitae
Module A · When Indicated
FibraGent

Added when signs of a fibrotic or pronounced inflammatory component are detected alongside the hepatic picture. Works to address the connective tissue and inflammatory dimension of hepatic load — complementing Heptaril's direct hepatocyte support.
Added based on current inflammatory and fibrotic indicators.

Via Vitae
Module A · When Indicated
Gynura Balance

Considered when hepatic symptoms coincide with gastro-barrier disturbances — supporting both the liver and gut lining simultaneously. Particularly relevant when the two layers of impairment are clearly connected rather than separate.
Added when gastro-barrier involvement is part of the current picture.

Via Vitae
Module B · When Indicated
Nephronit

Introduced when signs of pronounced metabolic or drainage load are present, helping to ease the systemic burden on the liver and support drainage function.

Via Vitae
Module B · When Indicated
Pancregin

Used as a separate sequential stage when hepatic and pancreatic load coincide, particularly with carbohydrate and lipid metabolism features. Not combined simultaneously with active programs.
Determined by the current state. A separate sequential step — not simultaneous with other active programs.

What to expect

Changes arrive gradually

01

Better food tolerance

An improvement in how the body responds to food — less heaviness, discomfort, and post-meal fatigue — is among the most commonly noticed early changes as bile flow and hepatic function stabilise.

02

Reduced heaviness

The persistent sense of heaviness or pressure in the right side or after meals decreases gradually. Digestion becomes lighter and more comfortable as the hepatic and biliary burden eases.

03

More stable energy

Energy levels become more consistent across the day. The fatigue associated with metabolic overload — particularly after meals or during periods of elevated dietary load — decreases as the liver's processing capacity improves.

04

Improved skin condition

Skin manifestations related to metabolic load — including dullness, breakouts, or changes in skin quality — may improve gradually as the liver's detoxification and filtering function strengthens.

Early sensations may appear before objective lab changes are measurable. The program works gently and sequentially — results accumulate over time, not all at once.

Observation

Monitoring levels

You can follow the program at whatever depth suits you. Three levels of observation are available.

Level 01 · Basic

Self-observation

  • Subjective sense of condition day-to-day
  • Food tolerance — comfort after eating
  • Energy level and fatigue patterns
  • Skin condition — quality and clarity
  • Heaviness or discomfort in the digestive area
Level 02 · Standard

With lab tests

  • All basic self-observation parameters
  • Core liver function indicators (ALT, AST, bilirubin)
  • Cholesterol and lipid profile where relevant
  • General metabolic panel for broader context
Level 03 · Extended

Deep assessment

  • All standard parameters
  • Additional metabolic and detoxification load markers
  • Pancreatic function indicators if Pancregin is active
  • Assessment at 6–8 weeks for full dynamic picture
  • Selected by specialist or personal preference

What's important to understand

Gentle support,
not aggressive detox

The Hepatic Detox Support program is aimed at supporting the liver's natural regulatory processes — not forcing a rapid cleanse or detox response. Restoration of metabolic balance requires time and a sequential approach. The program works with the body's own pace, not against it.

This program can act as both a standalone stage and as a "bridge" during high-load periods. It does not replace the foundational stages — but it can be used flexibly when hepatic support becomes the priority at any point in the method.

After the hepatic detox stage, the method logic may return to reinforce earlier stages, revisit key programs based on what the observation phase has revealed, or move toward further individualisation of the support plan.
