The experience

Not a tour. An immersive introduction.

Every weekend, we open the plantation to guests. This is not a typical visit, but an immersive experience — from the plant itself to its practical application within the Via Vitae system.

Gynura Hills is where 14 years of cultivation, clinical research, and gastronomic development converge in one place. Coming here means encountering the source directly — understanding the plant before understanding the method.

This is where the system becomes clear — naturally.
The day covers
Plantation walk — Gynura in its natural environment

01

Plantation walk

An introduction to Gynura in its natural environment. You will see how the plant — at the core of the Via Vitae system — is cultivated, how it grows across the estate, and what makes it distinct from other medicinal and culinary plants.

02

Tasting

Permeanti. Cardinal. Signature tinctures. An opportunity to experience how Gynura works through taste and through the specific combinations that define each product — understanding the system through direct sensory engagement.

03

Lecture & presentation

The history of Gynura in traditional cultures and in the modern world. Key properties of the plant and its role within the Via Vitae system. The logic behind the programs, how they are structured, and how they work in practical use.

04

Exhibition

A presentation of products and application formats: formulations, developments, and gastronomic concepts. The full range of what Via Vitae has built around a single plant — from supplement science to fine dining.

Four things come together here that rarely exist in the same place at once.
